I'm trying to order some soap...how do I order? On the top of each page you will find "order by recipient" First choose who is the soap for and click on the one you choose. It will take you to the online ordering form where you can place your order: for him - soapcards with fragrances geared towards men for her - soapcards with feminine fragrance for both - soapcards with fragrances that are wonderful for both photo soap - soapcards with your photo inside Then, just select a desired shape, choose your fragrance and color and add a personal message. You can use our clever ideas for messages or write your own. You can even add some cool glitter! Then just tell us where to send it and we'll do the rest.

Would the message be on top of the soap or inside the soap? The message is embedded inside the soap and will stay inside when you use the soap until the soap is used up.

Is it safe to use a credit card on this website? Most definitely! Each transaction is processed through CCnow secure server.

I want to order three same soapcards (same fragrance, shape and color) with different saying on them how do I do it? You can enter the first message on the order form and the  two other messages later during checkout. When you get to the page with the billing address you will see a special space to enter the other messages.

How is the soap packed? Each soap is individually wrapped in your choice of cellophane or sheer fabric bag.

What forms of payments do you accept? We accept all credit cards through CCNOW. The shopping cart and credit card systems used by Soapcard are courtesy of CCNOW .  NEW- we also accept PAYPAL through our shopping cart.

Can I put a picture on my soap? Certainly! Click the Photo Soap link for more information. When you are ready to order, click the "add to cart" link. Once your order is completed, email us your photo as an attachment in a high resolution to photo@soapcard.com. Title the subject of the email with your Order Confirmation Number. We will contact you to confirm receipt of your file.

I want to order six soaps all different colors and different shapes and sayings. How can I do this, it won't let me choose more than one shape, color etc. ? If you want each of the soaps in different color/shape etc. you should order them one by one. For example if the first one is a red heart,  you should put a red heart in your shopping cart and then continue and order all the others one by one.

Is the price of the soap is included in the package? I want to send it to a friend as a gift, but I do not want the price to show. We will never add the receipt to a package that is sent as a gift to someone else.

I would love to try your soap. Do you send free samples? We would love to send free samples to everyone! However, due to overwhelming requests, we can't.

Can you send the Soapcard directly to a friend? Yes, Just enter the recipient address at checkout and your Soapcard will be sent to that address without the receipt.
